What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is always listed at the top of our website. We do our absolute best to stick to that time frame and always let you know if there will be delays. Typically we have orders ready ahead of schedule. 

Some items are listed as pre-orders and those items will have a different turnaround time than stated on our website, but it will always be written in the individual product listing.

Can you rush my order?

Yes. We handle rush orders on an individual basis and always do our best to accommodate our customer's needs. Please contact us if you need an order more quickly than our turnaround time states.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping in the USA. If you're out of the country and would like something shipped, please contact us and we can figure out if it is something we can accommodate.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer contactless pickup for our local customers. No code needed, simply choose "Pick Up" when you get to the delivery method options at checkout. You'll receive an email notification when your items are ready with instructions for picking up your order.

Can I bring you my own items for you to embroider?

No, at this time we are not accepting customer provided items. We are happy to recommend other local monogrammers for you to use. Please contact us and we will give you their information.
