Refunds + Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a mistake was made on your order (wrong monogram, wrong thread color, etc.) please contact us so we can make it right!
If an item has not been personalized, an exchange or return for store credit can be made within 15 days of purchase.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. When your item leaves our studio, it is out of our hands. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
